Private Yoga Sessions
Calming the mind is yoga. Not just standing on the head.

Angela received her 230 hour yoga teaching training and certification from
Black Mountain Yoga in 2015. This training emphasized a therapeutic
approach to working privately with individuals and within a class format.

Angela’s personal yoga practice, spanning over 2 and 1/2 decades, has
evolved into an eclectic practice deeply influenced by Ashtanga, Iyengar
and Yin traditions as well as Buddhist meditation practices. She began
teaching classes and offering private sessions in 2018. Currently Angela
teaches Yin yoga and occasional Hatha flow classes at the YMCA in Black
